Spicy Gambas

I grabbed a 350JPY 200g pack of shrimps and immediately decided to make spicy gambas for dinner. I tossed in some chopped tomatoes to give it more color.

shelled shrimps
chopped garlic
dried red chili
chopped tomato
olive oil for sauteing
lemon

Marinate the shrimps in lemon juice for about 15 minutes. Heat the oil and saute the garlic until golden brown. Add the dried chili and stir for 1 minute. Add tomatoes and cook until soft. Put the shrimps in and cook until they curl a bit (do not overcook).

I also had salad to go with it. I don't know the English name of the greens though.
